On 28th December, 2022, 19-year-old Nobel Prize nominated climate justice activist, Greta Thunberg, broke the internet. She responded to the 36-year-old infamous misogynist, Andrew Tate, who tagged her in a Tweet “bragging” about his collection of cars and their respective emissions. When he asked her for her email id to send this information, Greta replied

“yes, please do enlighten me. email me at smalldickenergy@getalife.com.”

It has since become the most-liked tweet of all time.

The Arrest

In response to her, Tate made a triggered video rant which led to his arrest in association with human trafficking charges. In the video, Tate receives pizzas he ordered from a Romanian pizza chain Jerry’s Pizza, which the Romanian police used as evidence to verify that he was in the country, and soon tracked him and arrested him.

The Backlash

Never has a year’s end felt so satisfying. But the supporters of Andrew Tate, the supreme cis-het male beings, have taken offence to Greta’s response. They have suddenly discovered the terms “body shaming” and “sexualising”, referring to how Great chose to respond to Tate.

Saying “Small Dick Energy” is Not Body-Shaming

Saying someone has a “small dick energy” is not body shaming. Especially not when referring to a misogynistic, human-trafficking charged, alpha pile of shit who "teaches men how to be men [read monsters]”.

Men brag about using their dicks to shut women up for speaking their minds. They use it to traumatise us by flashing, raping, sending unsolicited dick pics, filling water balloons with semen and throwing it at our faces. Using the object men boast about for making them "superior" as an insult is not body shaming. It is an intellectual response to destroy their egos.

Besides, if Tate didn’t want anybody commenting on him or his body, he shouldn’t have worn revealing clothes, smoked, posted too much online, bragged about his possessions. The man was basically asking for it, don’t you think?
